1. REGULATORY DISCLOSURE

1.1 Sentinel Capital Limited is incorporated in the Dubai International Financial Centre (“DIFC”) with registered DIFC number 5282 and regulated by the Dubai Financial Services Authority, (“DFSA”) under reference number F005969 with office at Level 12, Gate Building West, Office 1222, Dubai International Financial Centre, PO Box 506812, Dubai, United Arab Emirates, (hereinafter referred to as “SENCAP”, “we”, “us” or “our”).
1.2 SENCAP has been issued with a category 4 license by the DFSA with retail endorsement and is regulated and authorised by the DFSA to provide the business of:
    1.2.1 Advising on Financial Product;
    1.2.2 Arranging Deals in Investments;
    1.2.3 Arranging Credit and Advising on Credit;
    1.2.4 Arranging Custody; and
    1.2.5 The ancillary services SENCAP is permitted to provide within its DFSA license.
These authorizations may change from time to time.
1.3 The services provided by SENCAP are done so in accordance with the DFSA Laws, Rules and Regulations in force from time to time.
1.4 Any request for subscription of a product or service offered by SENCAP requires the acceptance of SENCAP, the on-boarding as a client (including with respect to KYC, AML, source of funds and suitability) and the signing of the SENCAP Client Agreement.
1.5 The access to the information and products on this website could be subject to restriction for certain persons outside of the DIFC. Each person who may be interested in subscribing for products or services should do so having assessed their legal and fiscal status with their own advisors.
1.6 SENCAP is not registered as broker-dealer in accordance with US Securities Exchange Act of 1934 as amended, nor in accordance with any other US applicable law.
1.7 This website is governed by DIFC law.

4.2 Information transmitted via this website may pass over public networks. SENCAP accepts no liability if information or communications sent via the website are intercepted by third parties, delayed or incorrectly delivered or not delivered.
4.3 SENCAP will not be held liable for the occurrence of any factor beyond its control nor for any eventual loss or damage to the hardware, software, or any other technical environment of the users of this website.

Failure to comply with these restrictions shall constitute breach of the relevant laws and regulations and will engage liability on the transgressor.

7. DATA PROTECTION

 

7.1 By visiting and using this website, you acknowledge and consent that SENCAP may collect your personal data (including IP addresses or via cookies), as controller, in order to send information, respond to your requests for information, manage alerts and perform other actions. Where your consent has been given, such personal data will be processed via automated means.
7.2 Any personal data which is collected by SENCAP through this website will be held for no longer than necessary for the purposes for which they are processed, within the legal and regulatory framework of the DIFC Data Protection Law No.5 of 2020.
7.3 To the extent necessary, SENCAP may for the purposes of fulfilling the above mentioned purposes, communicate some information to the entities within its group, to service providers and to its partners that are not located in the DIFC. SENCAP will ensure it has in place safeguards to ensure that such transfer of information is processed in a manner that ensures appropriate security and confidentiality of the personal data.
7.4 SENCAP will ensure as far as reasonably possible that a high level of service and security is maintained for this website.

9. DFSA COMPLAINT PROCEDURE

 

9.1 We take complaints made against us very seriously and maintain a procedure to ensure that complaints are dealt with promptly, consistently and fairly.
9.2 If you wish to register your complaint, kindly notify your SENCAP advisor in writing. Alternatively, you may use the general contact details available at www.SENCAP.com
9.3 If we cannot resolve your complaint straight away, we will acknowledge its receipt promptly and arrange for a senior manager to investigate the matter and provide you with a response. We will aim to resolve any complaints within 60 days from the receipt of the complaint.
9.4 As SENCAP is regulated by the DFSA, and where you are dissatisfied with the manner in which SENCAP has handled your complaint, you may then refer the matter to the DFSA. For more information, you can contact the DFSA via telephone on +971 (0)4 362 1500. The DFSA will only consider complaints submitted in writing. To submit a complaint, you can:
